Awakening
In day to day life, the mind distorts how reality appears, leading to suffering. Awakening is about discovering the fundamental nature of the mind when these distortions are cleared away - it is about waking up from our false ideas about what we are and how the world is.

Nondual Realization
The distortions of the mind give the impression that we are fundamentally separate from the world around us. Without these distortions, it is apparent that division was only ever an idea, and that reality is fundamentally undivided and whole. Existence is not split into subject and object, it is not-two, it is non-dual. After awakening, we clear up lingering distortions so as to realize nondual truth in our daily lives.

Fundamental Wellbeing
Suffering is created by mental ideas that reject the way the world is. When we wake up out of this struggle, we discover a quality of profound peacefulness and wellbeing that is unaffected by changing conditions.
